Every service below follows the same discipline: assess, prepare, install to manufacturer spec, inspect on our knees. Pick a floor — we'll handle everything between the joists and your socks.
01 · Solid hardwood
Solid white oak, red oak, maple and hickory — nailed down over properly fastened, levelled subfloors. Site-finished for a glass-smooth seamless surface, or prefinished for speed. Wide plank, herringbone and chevron available.
Process
Moisture test → subfloor levelling → 5–7 day acclimation → nail-down install → finish & cure → walkthrough.

02 · Engineered hardwood
Real wood wear layer over a dimensionally stable core — the right answer for condos, concrete slabs, kitchens and homes with in-floor heating. All the warmth of hardwood, engineered to handle Toronto's humidity swings.
Process
Slab moisture test → self-leveller where needed → adhesive or underlay per spec → install → perimeter detail → walkthrough.

03 · Luxury vinyl plank
100% waterproof SPC and WPC vinyl plank for basements, kitchens, bathrooms, rentals and busy family homes. Modern vinyl is convincing enough that guests will kneel down to check — and tough enough that your dog can't tell on it.
Process
Slab flatness check → skim-coat or grind high spots → click-lock or glue-down install → trims & transitions → walkthrough.

04 · Laminate
The smartest dollar-per-square-foot in flooring — when it's installed right. We use AC4-rated European laminate, premium acoustic underlayment, and proper expansion gaps so it never clicks, peaks or echoes like the cheap installs you've walked on.
Process
Subfloor flatten & clean → vapour barrier + acoustic underlay → staggered click-lock install → matched trims → walkthrough.

It's in our name for a reason. Carpet-to-hardwood conversions, new oak treads and risers, flush nosings, modern spindles and railings — built to code, finished to furniture grade. The staircase is the first thing guests see and the last thing most contractors do well.
Process
Tear-out & structure check → tread/riser fabrication → glue + fasten install → sand, stain & coat → railing work → walkthrough.

Supplied your own materials? We install customer-purchased flooring with the same prep discipline as our own — and tell you honestly if what you bought won't survive where you want it.

Water damage, pet stains, cupped boards, squeaks, failed transitions. We do board-level surgery — replacing only what's damaged and blending the repair so you can't find it afterwards.

Dustless sanding with vacuum-attached machines, custom stain sampling on your actual floor, and commercial-grade waterborne or oil finishes. Old floors carry character new ones can't buy — we bring it back.
09 · Business spaces
Offices, retail, restaurants, salons and clinics across the GTA. We work after hours and overnight so your doors never close, with commercial-grade wear layers specified for your actual foot traffic — not a guess.
