Before you call
Most projects land between $4–14 per square foot installed depending on material — laminate at the lower end, site-finished hardwood at the top. Your quote is fixed and itemized: materials, prep, transitions, disposal, all priced before we start.
A typical 1,000–1,500 sq ft install runs 2–4 days. Hardwood needs 5–7 days of acclimation before installation, and site-finished floors add curing time. You get a written schedule with your quote — and we hit it.
Only if you want to. Furniture moving and old-floor disposal are available as quoted line items. Pianos, aquariums and gym equipment — tell us in advance and we'll plan for it.
Yes — we install customer-supplied materials with the same prep standards, and our workmanship warranty still applies. We'll also tell you honestly if what you bought isn't right for the space, before it's too late to return it.
Every install comes with a 5-year written workmanship warranty signed by the founder. We also follow manufacturer specs exactly, which keeps your product warranty valid — something skipped prep quietly voids on many installs.
Nothing until materials are ordered, and the balance is due only after you've done the final walkthrough with us — on your knees, checking our work.
